FREE INITIAL SESSION
The free initial coaching session on offer will last between 45-60 minutes, and will take place online. During this session, the Coach will inform the Client more about Neurolanguage Coaching®* and its benefits. Then the client will outline their motivation for wanting to improve their English, and the goals they wish to achieve. If the Client then decides to proceed with Neurolanguage Coaching®*, there will follow a chat about a timescale for the Client’s learning goals and the kind of activities they would like to do in their sessions. If the Client decides that Neurolanguage Coaching®* is not for them, then there is, of course, no obligation to continue. In either case, the Client will not be charged for the session.

PACKAGES OF SESSIONS
There are three packages on offer, which vary according to the number of sessions booked. The details and prices of these packages are given in my brochure, which you can request by completing the form in the ‘CONTACT’ page. The sessions within each package must be completed within the specified period of time. If sessions are not completed within these time limits, no refunds will be given.

SCHEDULING
The Coach and the Client will establish the dates and the times of the coaching sessions together.

PAYMENT
Payment for the chosen package must be received at least one working day (excluding weekends & bank holidays) before the sessions begin, and may be made by PayPal or by bank transfer. The Client will be issued with an invoice for the agreed amount and a receipt once payment has been made.

CLIENT ATTENDANCE POLICY
The Client must give at least 24 hours’ written notice by e-mail if they wish to cancel a session. In this case, if the Client requests it, the Coach will endeavour to reschedule the session within the same calendar month.

If a Client cancels a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session must still be paid for in full. The Coach is under no obligation to reschedule it.

If a Client is late for a class, the Coach is under no obligation to extend the session beyond the normal ending time or to make up the lost time at a later date.

COACH ATTENDANCE POLICY
In the very unlikely case that the Coach has to cancel a session, she must give the client at least 24 hours’ notice.

If the Coach has to cancel the session with less than 24 hours’ notice (this will only occur if the Coach is unwell), she will give as much notice as possible. In this case, if the Client requests it, the Coach could recuperate this session at the mutual convenience of both the Client and the Coach. Alternatively, if requested by the Client, a full refund for the cancelled session will be provided.

In the extremely rare event that the Coach is late for a class, she must either extend the session or make up the lost time at a later date at the convenience of the Client.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Coach agrees to maintain complete confidentially relating to information that may be disclosed by the Client during any of the sessions.

MATERIAL USED IN CLASS
All material provided by the Coach is for didactic purposes only and any documents provided are intended by the Coach for educational purposes only.
